Positive When I opened an account at Domgame, honestly, I didn’t expect much. I’d already had some pretty bad experiences with young casinos, so I tried not to keep my hopes up. So I started playing slots, lost some money, and I had to make a break. I contacted customer support to ask some stuff about my account, and we got into talking about my balance. Moments later, they notified me that I had a right to claim one bonus, and I was of course thrilled to hear it. So I got a chance to play more, and things turned around a bit for me. I won some money and had a great time. I won some free spins in a row. So that’s the point I wanted to make about this casino. We all know that it has a bunch of games, a good website, etc, but its support service was what surprised me. I had experience with some customer services that didn’t even want to reply to a message, so this with Domgame was a true refreshment.

Now, there’s one thing that I don’t like so much about this casino. I am a slots fan, but I also enjoy video poker from time to time. So this casino has video poker games, but not a lot of them. If you like slots, you will feel like a kid in a candy store here! That’s my first and main impression. It all feels like the casino’s tried very hard to get all the slots in one place, and it often gets new ones. When you scroll down the games, it’s like a sea of slots. You can’t manage to try every one no matter how long you play. I’ve been at this casino for some time now, and I still haven’t tried all of the slots. It’s like impossible. And also, it has some nice people in the customer service. They are not like answering after two hours when you’ve already forgotten what you wanted to ask in the first place. Now, if you wonder why 4 and not 5, it’s because you can’t withdraw money via PayPal. I know, many casinos don’t have that, but I really like it here, and it would be easier for me if the casino had that option. When I win something small, I like to transfer it to my PayPal and use it for some online purchases. Without this possibility, I have to transfer my winnings to my bank account, then return it to PayPal, and like, you know, days later, actually use it. I love PayPal. It’s easy and convenient, and I hope the casino will add it soon

Now, I love its promotions! It has one for every possible situation, and the casino got you covered no matter how long you play. If you don’t go to the website for some time, when you get back, you will find something new. These guys get new games all the time. I’ve been to some casinos where if you lie low for months, you remember every game they have. Here, there is always something new. Who designed the website? It’s too fancy, like fancy in a bad way. When you open it, you don’t feel, at least I don't, like you came to have fun. Like I have an impression here that a pretty good team of people made and runs this place, and I always like to reward good work, and give my starts. Now, what all fans of casino games want to know — are all games good? In general, yes. Slots are amazing, poker is great, table games are fantastic, and those other games are pretty decent but I’m not a fan of those games like bingo. So the games section is like clean 5 out of 5.

To be fair, I know that this that I’m about to say maybe isn’t a big a deal, but it kinda bothers me. So you can’t download this casino on Mac. I mean, you can play it on instant play on Mac, but you can’t download it. I’m the type of guy who likes to download casino software if I become a regular, and I want to have it on all my devices. So now I have to wait to charge my laptop to play if I want to leave my study, and like I can’t use it on Mac (the way I want at least). I don’t know how much it is complicated to have a software that is downloadable for all OS and devices, but I guess it can be done. Will they solve this? Well, we can wait and see.
